Warm hospitality in a charming location
The staff, particularly Hayley, were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to help. The room was comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring Blackpool.
The decor seemed dated, and some areas of the hotel appeared in need of a refresh. There were minor maintenance issues that could be addressed for better comfort.

Decent room size with some personal touches like biscuits and toiletries provided. Comfortable bed helped ensure a decent night’s sleep.
The room could use some upgrades. old curtains and a ripped bathroom floor detract from the experience. Noise from other guests and issues with the mattress left a bit to be desired, not to mention inconsistent heating and the lack of breakfast didn't help.

The location is conveniently close to attractions, yet placed in a quieter area. despite the inviting atmosphere and helpful staff, the room conditions fell short. the bathroom cleanliness was neglected, and there was minimal attention to basic supplies. Attempts to reach the staff for more towels and toilet paper proved frustrating due to unresponsive reception, leading to uncomfortable moments during the stay.

Had a great time with friends! The hotel was in a perfect spot, walking distance to the beach and the Opera House Theatre. The owners were really accommodating, letting us store our bags while we explored. Rooms were comfy and the little touches like toiletries were a nice bonus. Would absolutely recommend.
The only downside was that the room got a bit too hot for my liking. Not a huge issue, but something to keep in mind if you're sensitive to heat.
